I met Jim, aka the Wandering Endorphin, on the Chicago open mic circuit a few years ago back now. His performance simply made my jaw drop. He’s got a genuine intensity to his musical presence that is rarely seen.

Any emotion can be intense, not just angry ones that seem to be all the rage (oo, good pun). Jim is able to deliver the rawness of many emotional states – concentration, tension, ease and others that don’t carry names – in a rare guitar style. As one can hear the sincerity behind the sounds, the performance style becomes just the icing on the cake.
