The Beauty of a Pause

A pause clears the mind, a line drawn between intentions, allowing us to focus on the thing we have done and the thing we intend to do.

A pause divides intentions so we do not begin the next action before completing the one we are on.

A pause brings attention to the moment.

Certainly there are times when a pause would impair an intention, but I wonder if we err too much in the direction of not finding pause when we are able.
