The second session for Waves of Focus - Guiding the Wandering Mind is prepared to set sail on February 3rd. The first session wrapped up in October and was a blast. Many students expressed a newfound sense of hope and continue to develop themselves.

When conditions are right, you can get more done in an hour than others do all day. But getting to those conditions, where the waves of focus are in your favor, can feel like a mystery, a strange puzzle that you get close to solving but never quite do.
You try one system, then another, one app, then another, each time getting lost somewhere along the way rather than getting the things you need done. What is and isn’t procrastination grows increasingly obscured in the stormy messes that seem to inevitably grow around you.
Waves of Focus is an online class, now entering its second iteration, that gives you exercises to help you set your destinations, raise the sails, and get you to where you want to go.
While the exercises are simple, the class won’t be easy. It will cost money, time, and effort:
In other words, you’ll have to do many of things that can be hard for those with wandering minds in the first place.
But, you’ll now have a map, guide, and a gentle pace to traverse it. Instead of casting about, unclear what to do next, you’ll have a way to coordinate exercises and skills to enhance and build on each other. You’ll also have a group of like-minded explorers joining and helping you along the way.
And by the time you get to the end, you’ll have a way to practice those skills that can change all of those difficult things into tools that you can use to sail when and where you want to go.
