New World Notes: SUZANNE VEGA AND THE SECOND LIFE OF LIVE MUSIC
Wow. Suzanne Vega performed in Second Life last night! She apparently did her original a cappella version of Tom's Diner. It was also the first broadcast of a major radio provider into a virtual world.
I kept trying to get in to the show myself but couldn't do it. I think I wasn't able to get the tickets in time. Argh. I'm very glad Wagner got a video recording though.
And a colonization of a virtual world continues...
